Refer a Friend

Just submit your referrals using our Refer a Friend form and when your referral receives their first prescription from Pure Life Pharmacy, we will give you a $25 credit on your account.

You can refer any individual (friend, family, relative, etc.) that is not already a customer of Pure Life Pharmacy.

When you submit a referral, Pure Life Pharmacy will send your referrals a welcome email or phone call letting them know you have referred them and telling them how to get started. We suggest you follow up with all of your referrals to tell them about your experience with Pure Life Pharmacy and why you are referring them.

Pure Life Pharmacy pays all referral bonuses in $25 credits that can be used in our pharmacy towards future purchases of over-the-counter products, vitamins, and/or supplements.

The phone number you enter for yourself and your referrals must match the phone number used with Pure Life Pharmacy. If we do not have a phone number for you, please contact us at 251-424-1544 so we can update your customer profile.
